We’re Still Here and We’re Not Going Anywhere

Hey y’all,

We want to quickly address a couple recent FAQs from supporters as well as provide some context as to why we’re temporarily pausing some of our services for the safety and security of our clients, supporters, and staff. Click here to read “Is it illegal to help an Alabamian travel to get an abortion? AG’s office ‘reviewing the matter’” from AL.com.

Q: Are we still continuing any services?

A: Yes! To clarify, we are still proceeding with some of our services while we pause others. We will still be shipping free Emergency Contraception to residents of AL, MS, and the FL panhandle west of Tallahassee and we will also continue our Family Justice work by distributing diapers, baby wipes, period products, safer sex supplies, and other essential items to help meet the needs of our local communities.

Q: Are we still accepting donations at this time?

A: Yes, we are still accepting donations. Please check out ways you can support us below:

We appreciate your continued generosity and solidarity and please reach out if you have any further questions or need our help with anything!

Until next time,

Yellowhammer Fund

Donate to Support Reproductive Justice in the Deep South

The Yellowhammer Fund envisions a society in which reproductive decisions are made free from coercion, shame, or state interference, a society in which individuals and communities have autonomy in making healthy choices regarding their bodies and their futures.

As members of the National Network of Abortion Funds, we’ve funded abortion care and practical support for Alabamians since 2018.
