We’re a little late to the Fund-A-Thon party this year BUT we are happy to announce our official launch of this year’s campaign!
If you’re not familiar or need a refresher, Fund-A-Thon is an annual fundraising campaign through the National Network of Abortion Funds. And while Alabama’s strict abortion laws prevent us from doing direct funding for abortion care, we still provide preventative safer sex supplies like Emergency Contraception and condoms for those who don’t wish to become pregnant as well as diapers, wipes, household items and more for those who are pregnant or already parenting. Abortion doesn’t happen in a vacuum and people deserve the full spectrum of reproductive health resources.
Alabamians & Southerners need your support more than ever now that abortion is banned in our entire region. Join us in helping those most harmed by bans by starting or joining a team, creating your own individual fundraiser, or by donating directly. We also encourage you to forward this email to spread the word and urge others to commit to the cause you care about.
