- Managing and maintaining our alert list (for example, preventing duplicates, confirming subscription details, and honoring opt-out requests)

Yellowhammer Fund will not sell, rent, or trade your information.
We will not provide your information to any third party for any other purposes without your express consent.
To deliver text messages, we may use service providers (for example, an SMS messaging platform) that process information only as needed to send messages on our behalf and not for their own independent use.
